Cooking it hard and fast at a high temperature is the secret to gorgeous caramelisation and ultra juicy chicken inside. Cooked chicken has a refrigerator life of 2 to 4 days.
Can you imagine a group of 8-year-old girls spending ten minutes talking about chicken skin? For a complete meal, throw some veggies on the same pan in the last minutes of cooking time! And it tastes okay, as okay as bland chicken breast can taste. I also drizzle and evenly rub a teaspoon or so of olive oil over the whole breast. I LOVE boneless skinless chicken breasts!!
Mad at myself for not finding both posts sooner. If at any time your chicken starts to brown too much, turn down the heat a bit and let it cook at a lower temperature.
